DESCRIPTION:San Diego County Midwives Breastfeeding (Babyfeeding) Support Group is held every Thursday from 12pm to 1pm at our office in San Diego. \nOur lactation consultants and educators assist those attending the group free of charge during this time. \nWe welcome all who need help in breastfeeding or want to join our babyfeeding support group. \nOur group is for all mothers and partners to discuss the joys and challenges of feeding their baby.

SUMMARY:Peanut Ball Training for Doulas
DESCRIPTION:Earn 4 hours of DONA Int’l CEUs. During this training with Heather\, you will learn at least 10 peanut ball positions. These positions increase comfort and open up a client’s pelvis. Heather will show you how to use these positions to help your client both prior and during labor. You can apply this knowledge to improve your skills as a doula and introduce a valuable tool during labor. The class also covers information about contraindications and determining a baby’s station.
