Late Transfers
We are accepting late transfers for both birth center and home birth.
San Diego County Midwives and A Family Affair Birth Center have received many requests regarding accepting late transfers for the months of March – May.
Please note we will need complete medical records including labs, ultrasound and previous visits with your care provider. We are able to obtain these records directly from your care-provider with your signed release.
